On one chair, on one side the little (< 1â€) â€œplugâ€, which secures the seat to the legs was partially broken off and the remainder had to be dug out. WT made it right by sending me the piece to repair myself which I preferred rather than send the chair back and then have to wait for it to be returned. One more quality check of all parts and pieces before sending the chair to me may have prevented this minor inconvenience.

Sur Last Furniture Covers
Sur Last Covers may not be used, washed, altered or damaged and must be suitable for resale. If the cover has been taken out of the box and left on the furniture overnight, that cover is not returnable. If you are unsure of the look or size, please keep the cover in the box and inside. Returns must be submitted within 30 days of the purchase date.
